With the approaching hurricane, we ask all of our residents to please take a few minutes today to prepare your home and property.

🌪️ Please bring all loose items inside your apartment or home, including:
• Patio furniture and chairs
• Grills
• Plants and planters
• Toys, decorations, and outdoor belongings
• Trash cans and other loose items

Anything left outside can become dangerous during high winds and can cause damage to your property, your neighbors’ property, or the apartment complex.

Please also make sure windows and doors are securely closed and that you have everything you need in case of power outages or severe weather.

Your safety is our priority. Please take precautions now rather than waiting until the storm arrives.

NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician

M&B Realty is looking for an experienced, dependable maintenance tech to join our team in Mobile.

Pay: $20-$30 per hour based on experience, plus gas and mileage reimbursement.

What you'll do:
• Unit turnovers and make-readies
• Section 8 inspection prep and repairs
• Everyday repairs: plumbing leaks, broken doors, sheetrock, HVAC service

What you need:
• Hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, sheetrock, and light electrical
• Your own tools and a reliable vehicle to work out of
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Able to pass a background check

Steady, year-round work with more than 300 units to keep up.
