Hi friends. Just wanted to let everyone know that I just completed another 20 hour mediation training course last week in Tuscaloosa. I now have over 40 hours of formal mediation training to complement the scores of hands-on mediations I have conducted over the years, including advanced mediation training. Hi folks! Wanted to let everyone know that my office location has moved from the Briskman & Binion building behind the Courthouse to the Bayport Building located at 5 Dauphin Street in downtown Mobile, Suite 301. Grateful for my many years with Mack and Donald who are retiring and who now have their historic (1842!) building on the market. Excited about my new location and look forward to seeing you there!

Hello Friends. I am pleased to announce the formation of my new firm, Charles J. Potts LLC dba Potts Law & Mediation. Many of you already know about this exciting new chapter in my legal career, and I appreciate all of the well-wishes and support I have received.

I am still working with my friends at Briskman & Binion, at the same location (205 Church Street, Mobile), and with the same contact information, but am now "Of Counsel" with that firm.

I hope that if you, your friends, family, or colleagues have the need of an experienced and tested civil trial attorney, that you will keep me in mind.

I'm also an experienced mediator with a high rate of success. So if you are involved in a legal dispute that calls for an out-of-court resolution, please give me a call. I'd love to be of help.
