For buyers, the door is starting to open. More inventory, longer days on market, and increased seller flexibility are creating opportunities we simply weren’t seeing when every property was receiving immediate multiple offers.

For sellers, this doesn’t mean homes aren’t selling. It means pricing has become more precise.
