Alisa Bates has been providing excellent customer service in the Real Estate Industry for more than 20 years. With her background in Escrow, learning all aspects of the real estate process from the sales agreement to funding, she eventually left Escrow and went on to pursue her Brokers Real Estate license. Alisa truly feels that this was one of the best decisions of her life and with her wonderful

family’s unconditional support, she accomplished her goal reaching phenomenal success right out of the gate. Her positive attitude and gratitude for her life’s journey have proven instrumental in her ability to reach her goals. Alisa absolutely loves meeting new people and having the privilege of being part of their new life story – whether selling their current home or buying their new/step up home. Friends are important to this fiery go-getter who prides herself in being honest, trustworthy, and reliable. In addition, she has a tenacity for being highly organized with the ability to multi task, prioritize and negotiate with a keen sense of urgency. She finds it fulfilling to help navigate and negotiate all the necessary paperwork and tasks that need to be completed in order to provide excellent customer service and a positive transaction overall. She considers herself a “Southern Girl” living in sunny California with strong core values - God, family, work and the belief that giving back to others is of the utmost importance in all aspects of life. Her greatest blessing in life has indeed been, without a doubt, her family. Alisa has been married to her wonderful husband James for 6 years, has 5 kids and 3 grandchildren still making time for her favorite furry little 3.2 pound child “Max” who’s actually a dog who doesn’t know it.
