Determined to secure a full acquittal this time, Ben obtained not guilty verdicts on all counts (two assault charges plus one disorderly conduct) from a jury in Rochester, MN yesterday. Congrats to Ben and his client!

NOT GUILTY! NOT GUILTY! Congrats to Attorney Ben Koll and his client! A jury in Hennepin County delivered those sweet words this afternoon. Ben’s client faced two counts: obstructing legal process with force and plain obstructing. After pre-trial litigation, and a hotly contested trial, Ben’s client now has some relief. The jury spoke; and the jury agreed he did not commit a crime.
