🚨 When Religious Institutions Exploit: A Story of Labor-Trafficking 🚨

At Haller Kwan LLP, we've taken on cases that shocked us to our core. One client, an immigrant teacher, was subjected to labor-trafficking right here in Minnesota. Here's what happened:

➡️ They promised fair pay and benefits, but delivered nothing

Ben Kwan is now in elite company among employment lawyers. The Minnesota State Bar Association designated him a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. The designation comes after an exam, as well as input from both plaintiff and defense employment lawyers. In this cycle, Ben was the only lawyer in the state of Minnesota to earn the certification.

According to the MSBA, fewer than 3% of the state’s registered attorneys are certified specialists, a designation that requires an exam and other credential checks.

Ben represents employees in wrongful termination cases.
