Over nearly two decades of her practice, Elizabeth has focused on guiding individuals through divorce and complex family law matters, including custody, parenting time, and financial issues, with an emphasis on thoughtful resolution and strong advocacy when litigation is necessary.

Amy represents clients in divorce and complex family law matters involving custody, support, and post-decree issues. Her practice is shaped by a disciplined, strategic approach to case preparation, informed by her experience within the Hennepin County Family Justice Center.

Effective January 1, 2026, attorney Rochelle Hauser assumed the role of Firm President. Rochelle also serves as Chair of the firm’s Business Law group and is a member of the firm’s management committee, where she has played a central role in guiding complex business matters and supporting the firm’s strategic growth. Rochelle is widely recognized for her work, including being named an Attorneys of the Year and Top Women in Law honoree by Minnesota Lawyer, and a recipient of ongoing recognition by Best Lawyers in America and Minnesota Super Lawyers.

She succeeds Lisa Spencer, who served as Firm President since 2020. Lisa continues her leadership at Henson Efron as Chair of the Family Law group, maintaining her longstanding role within one of the firm’s core practices.
