Same s**t - different year.

I was quoted in this 2020 NYT article because I had a client who was assaulted (while in handcuffs) by former MPD officer Tou Thao - now famous as one of the "George Floyd Four." I just settled another case against MPD for a client who was punched in the face by a police officer in 2020 while peacefully sitting in his car. It was all on the cop's body camera footage.

The revolution is being televised.

In 2017 I represented a young black man named Lamar Ferguson who was assaulted by one of the MPD officers fired for George Floyd's death - Tou Thao. Officers Thao and Derek Chauvin should have been fired long ago.
