Congratulations to the Trystar team!

A Faegre Drinker team led by Ken Ludlum and Ryan Miske provided legal counsel to Trystar in its acquisition of Asentria Corporation, the leader in remote site monitoring in the telecommunications market.

The acquisition of Asentria Corporation will provide Trystar customers with even more integrated solutions, enhancing Trystar’s monitoring and controls solutions portfolio.

Congratulations to the APPLIED Adhesives team!

A Faegre Drinker team led by Ryan Miske and Richard Bennett provided legal counsel to Applied Products in its sale to Bertram Capital.

APPLIED Adhesives was a comprehensive provider of adhesive solutions for the packaging, product assembly, paper converting, and automotive markets.

The company is a value-added distributor of hot melt, water-based and structural adhesives, as well as adhesive dispensing equipment.

The deal team also included Paul Moe, John Gilmore, Crystal Thorpe, Dan Prokott and Virginia Speck.

A Faegre Drinker team led by Ryan Miske and Shane Solinger provided legal counsel to Exacto, a portfolio company of Cox Family Holdings, in a growth investment by S2G Ventures and Skyline Global Partners.

Exacto is a private label supplier and full-service innovation partner in the agricultural, turf, and ornamental horticulture markets.

This strategic investment aims to expand its impact across the agricultural supply chain. Among other things, it will help scale operations, accelerate new solutions and grow in key areas while maintaining profitability.

Congratulations to the SPS Commerce team!

A Faegre Drinker team led by Ryan Miske and Ken Ludlum provided legal counsel to SPS Commerce in its acquisition of SupplyPike, an automated invoice deduction management and prevention solution.

SPS Commerce acquired SupplyPike for approximately $119 million in cash, net of cash acquired, and $87 million in SPS Commerce stock.

The FTC and DOJ announced that they are extending the deadline for the public to comment on a joint request for information that seeks to identify serial acquisitions and roll-up strategies throughout the U.S. economy that have led to consolidation that has harmed competition. The original deadline of July 22, 2024 has been extended to September 20, 2024
