Institutional crypto keeps getting more real.
Blockchain.com recently confidentially filed for a U.S. IPO, joining a growing list of digital asset companies moving deeper into traditional capital markets.
That matters because crypto companies entering public markets face a very different level of scrutiny around governance, disclosures, compliance, and operational structure.
For CEOs and CFOs watching the digital asset space, this is another sign that crypto is increasingly being treated like mainstream business infrastructure, not a separate ecosystem with separate rules.
