Fisher Bren & Sheridan, LLP is currently searching for a hardworking and dedicated Attorney to join the Fargo office. Fisher Bren & Sheridan is a 16-attorney practice focusing on assisting clients in the fields of construction law, insurance coverage and litigation, general liability and civil litigation, catastrophic loss, environmental and pollution law, commercial and business litigation, real estate, professional litigation, and data center litigation.
A successful candidate must have substantive litigation experience, exceptional legal research and analytical and writing skills, critical thinking ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organize, prioritize and multitask, and a commitment to quality client service.
Requirements for consideration:
* 5 years or more of civil litigation and experience in representing at court proceedings
* Licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota
