Foley Mansfield is proud to share a United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit affirmation of a major litigation win in an employment law matter.

Last August, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota granted the Foley Mansfield litigation team's motion for summary judgment, dismissing all claims with prejudice in a Title VII and ELCRA discrimination and retaliation case. The court found no genuine issue of material fact, concluding that our client acted lawfully at every turn and the plaintiff failed to meet her burden of proof. The plaintiff appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit. After review, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit found that the district court did not err in granting summary judgment on the plaintiff’s claims of discrimination and retaliation and affirmed summary judgment in favor of Foley Mansfield’s client.
