Meet Dylan Stock, Corridor’s newest Inside Leasing Specialist.

Dylan joins the team with a strong background in property management, including experience managing rental properties, supporting the leasing process, and maintaining diligent follow-up to support high occupancy. That experience gives him a clear understanding of what matters at every stage of the renter journey.

As an Inside Leasing Specialist, Dylan will help manage one of the most important parts of Corridor’s leasing strategy: what happens before the tour. It is detailed, high-impact work that keeps the leasing pipeline active and gives touring agents more time to focus on in-person experiences and closing leases.

Ryan Van Wey has been a driving force behind Corridor for more than five years, and now he’s leading one of our most important evolutions: building our Inside Leasing department. 🚀

As Inside Leasing Manager, Ryan is focused on what happens before the tour, making sure every lead is responded to immediately, every follow-up is intentional, and no opportunity slips through the cracks.

This structure allows our touring agents to stay focused on in-person tours and closing leases, while our Inside Leasing team seamlessly keeps the lead pipeline moving from first inquiry to scheduled tour.

It’s a major part of how Corridor continues to refine leasing as a true sales function, and Ryan has been at the center of making it happen. 💪
