Many of you have spoken with or met the friendly faces at the front office of M. Scott Properties, but today we'd like to introduce you to the heart of our Property Management Department.

For nearly three decades, Monika Cavnar and Kelly Jo Ivey have worked side by side, building lasting relationships and earning the trust of hundreds of property owners. Together, they oversee the management of more than 600 rental properties throughout Carson Valley and the surrounding communities with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.

There is a reason M. Scott Properties has been honored as Best Property Management Company for 11 consecutive years. Behind every new property onboarding, every rental application, every carefully screened tenant placement, maintenance coordinations, and every smooth move-out is the dedication and experience of these two incredible women.

While our office has grown and evolved over the years, the heart of our Property Management Department has remained constant. Monika and Kelly's commitment to exceptional service is reflected in the relationships they've built with both property owners and tenants, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything they do.

If you believe in supporting local businesses that are committed to serving our community with excellence, we would be truly honored to have your vote. Please vote for M. Scott Properties, Inc. for Best Property Management Company once a day, every day through August 16th.

Thank you to our clients, owners, tenants, and community for your continued trust and support. We are incredibly grateful to be part of Carson Valley and look forward to continuing to serve you for many years to come. 💛💙🏠
