Some of the very worst injury crash cases we handle are trucking cases. This would be a sad rule change for our families sharing the road with trucks. Our firm is pushing for safer regulation, not dangerous steps backwards.

Truckers will make the case for deregulation at a House Small Business Committee hearing today.
