We are pleased to announce a $1.25 million policy-limits settlement finalized this week.
Gruber Law Attorneys Zach Zeichert and Nick Hermann led this case, with significant contributions from many members of the Gruber Law team. This recovery represents the maximum coverage available under the applicable insurance policy.

The case stemmed from a motorcycle crash in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As a result of the crash, our client suffered serious orthopedic injuries.

Outstanding work by the entire team, and most importantly, justice delivered for our resilient, deserving and kind client. We are proud to fight and win.

We are proud to share a recent settlement of $1.1 million, the maximum applicable insurance policies.

The case was led by Gruber Law Attorney Patricia Stone, with significant contributions from several other team members.

The case stemmed from a serious car crash in Riverview, Wisconsin, in Oconto County, near the Minnesota border. The adverse driver blamed foggy weather conditions. As a result of the crash, our client suffered serious orthopedic injuries that required surgical intervention.

Attorney Stone and the team did a tremendous job fighting and winning, ultimately recovering the maximum possible under the applicable insurance policies. They employed creative case strategies that proved highly effective.

We fight and win, and we are honored to represent such wonderful clients.

A moment we’re incredibly proud of.

Through our Threes for T’s campaign with the Milwaukee Bucks, Gruber Law Offices has donated over $500,000 to the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (MACC) Fund contributing for every Bucks three-pointer made over the past decade.

On the Bucks win over the Mavericks on March 31st, David and Nancy had the honor of presenting a $60,000 check for this seasons three pointers to Becky Pinter and co-founder of the MACC Fund, former Buck great Jon McGlocklin.

While we’re proud to support many incredible organizations in our community, the MACC Fund holds a special place in our hearts. Their mission to advance pediatric cancer research and support children and families is one we’re deeply honored to stand behind.

We’re proud of this partnership, grateful for the impact we’ve made together, and thankful for the opportunity to cotinue making a difference in our community.

Gruber Law Attorneys Adam Woodside and Ramzy Halaby secured a recent case result this week involving a serious motorcycle crash in Door County, Wisconsin. After hard fought litigation and with trial set just months away, our team obtained a $1.25 million settlement for our client.

Our client suffered a broken nose and continues to face lasting challenges with his sense of smell and taste. His past medical expenses were approximately $50,000, with future medical projections significantly less than that amount. This result effectively equates to a verdict of more than $1.15 million in pain and suffering alone.

The case was heavily contested, but Attorney Woodside and his team employed creative, visual case strategies and arguments that proved highly effective and were a key factor in achieving this outcome.

This result was achieved with significant contributions from many dedicated members of our team.

Attorney Adam Woodside shared:

“It is wonderful to be able to represent such a deserving client who has gone through a great deal. Our client is very pleased with the case result and relieved to put this horrific trauma behind him as much as possible.”

We’re proud to announce a $1 million settlement secured last week.

This case was handled by Gruber Law Attorneys James Fields-Bowers and Nick Hermann. Several other team members likewise made impactful case contributions.

Our client, in his 50s, was injured when the at-fault party failed to stop at a stop sign, causing a car crash. Our client suffered a broken leg requiring surgery that significantly impacted, and will continue to impact, his quality of life.

After back and forth with insurance company and a formal demand package, the insurance company offered $500,000. After further discussion, the insurance company then raised their offer to their “top” offer of $575,000. Attorney Fields-Bowers believed our client deserved more based on the specific case facts, and he advised our client to reject that offer. We proceeded with filing a lawsuit in Milwaukee County and pushing the case forward toward a jury trial.

However, just five months later, through mediation, we achieved a $1 MILLION settlement.

Our client is extremely grateful, and we’re honored to have fought for him.

Last week, a Milwaukee County jury returned a $1.8 MILLION verdict in a case where the defense made no offer to settle.

This case was handled by Gruber Law Attorneys Eric Knobloch and Connor Stengel, with significant contributions from several other team members.

Our client’s vehicle was struck by a truck, causing severe injuries. His treating physician determined he suffered a serious back injury requiring injections and ultimately an L5-S1 lumbar fusion surgery.

The defense hired a doctor for a “record review,” who argued in his report and court testimony that our client only had a lumbar sprain and should have recovered in a few weeks. Attorney Knobloch and Attorney Stengel both handled witnesses.  The cross examination of the defense medical expert was particularly effective. During closing arguments, Attorney Knobloch made a passionate, creative, and impactful presentation. Also during defense closing arguments, the defense attorney told the jury to award just $55,000. The jury awarded $1.8 MILLION instead.

We are proud that we fought and won on behalf of our deserving client.  Our team presented a compelling case showing how this crash drastically impacted our client’s life...his health, his quality of life, and his future...through no fault of his own.

We are thankful that the jury listened to the facts and the law and rendered a just verdict.
