So thankful to God to see another birthday!!!!

What I have learned is that every day is a gift to be able to laugh, say sorry, or enjoy family time. I truly have been blessed to be able share my journey in a book or give talks to inspire the next generation. I want to thank everyone for their support!

What an Honor to Speak at the NAREB Region XI Conference in Tulsa, OK!

I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the NAREB Region XI Conference in Tulsa, OK, a four-state regional event where I shared my passion for the appraisal industry with dedicated realtists. It was a privilege to discuss the importance of appraisal education and how it can empower real estate professionals to better serve homebuyers and enhance their business success.

A highlight of the event was the small car tour of Black Wall Street, a poignant reminder of the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of the community.

I was deeply honored to be a speaker and thrilled to share my new book, which chronicles my journey of owning an appraisal company at half the age of a typical appraiser during the 2008 housing recession and valuing properties and repairs in every state in America.

Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event unforgettable. Together, we can continue to elevate the standards of the real estate industry!
