We’re excited to spotlight Jamie Konopacky and the extensive experience she brings to complex litigation as well as local, state, and federal regulatory matters. For nearly 15 years, Jamie has handled high-stakes administrative and civil litigation involving natural resources, land use, construction, and local and tribal governance. After graduating top of her class at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Jamie served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Carr of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Following the clerkship, Jamie gained invaluable experience in both Big Law and for boutique firms, while also completing a post-doctoral policy fellowship at Harvard Law School. She is known for her fierce advocacy, developing strategic, detail-oriented approaches to complex cases, and working closely with experts and interdisciplinary teams to drive results.
