Tickets for curfew violations issued during unrest in Kenosha last August have been dismissed for those who contested them in court, with a judge finding they were improperly prosecuted.

A Zion, Illinois man is charged in Kenosha County with crimes he allegedly committed last August -- a day after the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
