Change is inevitable, and boy do we have some changes! Allen W. Lindsay, Jr. is retiring and therefore we have to make some changes. Mr. Lindsay will continue to take on some cases and is available at 850-623-9432. Roy Andrews and Marisa Andrews are staying at our Willing Street location and have started a new firm named Willing Street Law. You can contact them at 850-623-3200. Our own Allen W. Lindsay, Jr. was recently featured in an article about the BP Oil Spill. We are so proud of Mr. Lindsay and the work that he put in for these cases even though the outcome is not what we all hoped.

More than a decade after the 2010 oil spill, cleanup workers’ hopes of compensation are fading.

Our office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th, in honor of the 4th of July holiday and so that our employees can spend time with their families and friends. A good portion of us will be spending that time just down the road from our office at Riverfest. If you are looking for a fun thing to do, this is a great family friendly event with something for everyone! If you see us there don't hesitate to say hi!
