Rain, rain, ☔️ go away,
come again some other day!

Our in , has the most stunning, private pool 🏊, bluestone patio w/summer kitchen & firepit 🔥plus a stately & beautifully renovated & expanded 6BR colonial on over .8 of an acre.

We cancelled all showings of our new listing today due to torrential rain ⛈️. The good news: no leaks, no water in the basement. The bad news: it’s going to rain again on Sunday! 😢

Your fabulous listing goes under contract with multiple offers in less than a week! Sellers & buyers are thrilled! Everything’s going smoothly. The buyers do their home inspection and they find something metal underground. 😩

Your heart sinks. You’re sweating it out. 😰

You’re positive there’s no Oil Tank but the inspector detected a big chunk of metal in the ground, so you have to dig up the front lawn anyway and prove that it’s not an oil tank. 🪏

Thanks to Ward Doneghan from Care Environmental Remediation Services, for putting us on the schedule immediately, digging up the lawn and finding only an old cistern from the 1920s. 🙏🏻

I sold the house next-door many years ago, and this lot was subdivided from that property. This pile of metal was connected to an old drainage system that is no longer needed. PHEW!

When Ward first told me what it was, I thought he said my sister was in there! A big relief!
