If your Realtor asks you to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement before touring homes, don’t worry, this is completely normal. In California, it’s now a standard part of the home-buying process.
Beginning in August 2024, industry practice changed to require buyers to have a written agreement with their real estate agent before touring a home. The goal is to create more transparency so you understand who represents you, the services you’ll receive, and how your agent is compensated.

I never want anyone to feel forced to work with me. If at any point you feel we’re not the right fit, just let me know. I believe relationships should be earned through trust, communication, and results. Not because you’re locked into an agreement.

𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: Explains the guidance, negotiations, market expertise, and support I’ll provide every step of the way.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Clearly outlines how my compensation works, so there are no surprises.

• You’re not committing to buy a home
• You’re not tied to a specific property
• It does not obligate you to purchase anything
• ✅ It simply allows me to legally represent you while showing homes and guiding you through the buying process
