Nicole Tatom - Real Estate Broker My passion is helping my clients achieve their home goals! After a few years there, however, I began to miss my family and the PNW area that was always home.

Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, my formative years were spent enjoying all of the outdoor activities our area has to offer. Whether it was a weekend trip to a ski resort, or hiking and camping around a lake or river, my preference was to be outdoors even into adulthood. Ever the adventure seeker, I jumped at the opportunity to move to Georgia to be closer to my husband’s family. While th

ere, I began working for a prominent real estate company as an office manager, which included managing the company’s commercial properties. Having worked closely with agents in both the commercial and residential sectors, I learned a great deal about the industry. Moving back, I decided it would be a perfect time to finish my degree program. In 2018, I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s of Science degree after having double-majored in Biochemistry and Microbiology. The area I felt I excelled most was research. As a research assistant, I was given the opportunity to present my lab’s research at a national symposium in Philadelphia and was the only undergraduate assistant invited to present. While I certainly enjoyed working in the lab, I missed the day-to-day interaction with colleagues and clients that I enjoyed while working in real estate. Combining my experience in real estate and research, I am embarking on my career as a real estate agent. Having gone through the home buying process with my husband, I understand the unique challenges that prospective home buyers and sellers face in our area. I am excited to use my unique skillset and dedication to help my clients achieve their goals.
