Countless lawyers, negotiations, funding, and no less that 15 legal documents comprised this transaction, which took an estimated 30-days to complete with countless hours of work.

MS Portfolio management focuses on business acquisition, establishing new business and management of business(es) and/or real estate within a client's portfolio.

Handling only 3 to 5 clients portfolio's or business deals at a time provides for hands-on, focus, and dedicated work.

What is portfolio management?

Are you a residential and/or commercial real estate investor? Do you have your own business(es) operating out of your commercial real estate? Do you have commercial tenants? If you answered yes to any of these questions, see below.

MS Portfolio Management works with very few clients in an effort to provide hands-on, direct and immediate services. Owned and operated by Melanie Soloman, MS Portfolio Management guides clients through expansion and professional management of their real estate portfolio by handling the following for all real estate and businesses within the client's portfolio:

1. ADU expansion under the new law. Maximize your rental income by adding living units on existing real estate.
2. Property management.
3. Business management.
4. All legal matters as they arise, i.e., violations of town by-laws, commercial and residential evictions, lease violations, Board of Health violations, matters before the Board of Selectmen, construction/contractor bidding, insurance review, among other services.
5. Site visits/inspections on a weekly basis.
6. Emergency/on call services (24 hours).
7. Establish a portfolio of contractors for emergency responses.
8. Draft/Review Asset Purchase Agreements for newly acquired business.
9. Draft/Review Purchase and Sales Agreements for newly acquired real estate.

The aforementioned services are not exhaustive. Melanie has extensive experience in drafting business models and plans, employee handbooks, etc.
