As 2025 comes to a close we are thrilled to announce that Chad Hirschauer has been promoted to Partner at Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. (“S&G”).

With over eight years serving S&G’s clients Chad now joins Andrew Sonnek, Greg Goldblatt, and Robert Hengge as Partner in the firm taking on an elevated position within the firm’s leadership and strategic planning groups. Chad is a critical part of our management team and has earned his way to partnership by providing his resilient dedication and astounding work-ethic engaging with our clients to drive recoveries on their debt portfolios.

Chad was instrumental in S&G’s expansion into Tennessee, allowing us to grow our client base and offer a larger footprint to existing clients for their collections and judgment enforcement needs. Not only does Chad diligently assist our clients in recovering unpaid financial obligations, he also works closely with various clients advising on financial compliance matters in addition to developing comprehensive contracts and internal policies.

Since its inception over 13 years ago Sonnek & Goldblatt, Ltd. (S&G) has served creditors throughout all areas of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Several years ago, we started planning an expansion after thorough research and discussions with many of our clients. It was determined that Tennessee would be our next move.

After a somewhat long process we can officially announce that we are now accepting creditors’ rights cases in the State of Tennessee led and managed by our Tennessee Attorney Chad A. Hirschauer, Esq.!

As many of you know, S&G works carefully and diligently when making business decisions. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, efficient, and compliance-driven pursuits of unpaid debts through litigation and non-litigation models. We are committed to providing all our clients dedicated service and make a concerted effort to ensure any accounts placed with us move as quickly as possible through the collections lifecycle utilizing litigation and post-judgment remedies as necessary to liquidate accounts. Our expansion into Tennessee will bring that same approach and results-driven experience into a new geographic footprint for S&G.
