Pacifico M. DeCapua, Jr. will no longer be associated with DeCapua Law Office because he will be sworn in as an Associate Justice of the District Court of Massachusetts. As a judge, he will no longer be able to practice law or offer legal advice .

This made my day: a client who is selling her home knew that we are big sports fans at DLO. This is one of the items which would not make the cross-country trip and she wanted us to have it. This is proof that it isn’t always a thankless profession.
