Helping People is what it’s all about!

One of the greatest things about our Program is the collaboration and the unified effort to help our participants. This week, one of our participants needed some assistance with some child support issues. Frederick H. Agee has always been a tremendous asset and supporter of our program, he immediately jumped in and gave us the assistance of his office. Kim Holmes, Manager with the Child Support Divsion, answered all of our questions, gave us some guidance and worked out the perfect solution. We are so thankful for the collaboration and service we get from our partnering agencies. Today, there was a check dropped off that paid for almost all of the arrears on a particular case. The blessings that flow over our program is such a spectacular thing to be able to witness. Thank you so very much General Agee and Mrs. Kim, we are so thankful and appreciative for you both all you do for our Communities and Program. On behalf of Bradley Owens General Sessions Judge and the GCVC Family, we wanted to present one of our special Veterans Court Tshirts as a thank you for all your help. SM

Friends and Clients,

Thank you for supporting my law practice over the years. As of October 22, I'm now serving as District Attorney General for the people of Crockett, Gibson, and Haywood counties thus I can no longer continue my law practice or provide legal advice to individuals or businesses.

If I can assist you in my role as District Attorney, please feel free to reach out to me.

Thank you again and God Bless.

Friends & Clients, good morning from North Fort Hood, Texas where I'm out-processing from active duty. As most of you know I’ve recently had the distinct honor of being appointed by Governor Lee to serve as District Attorney for the 28th Judicial District. I want to thank you all for referring citizens to my office over the years and thank those citizens who trusted my office in handling their legal matters. It has been an honor and privilege to be able to represent people. The only job I’ve ever dreamed of other than being a criminal defense lawyer is to be the DA. I know I’m truly blessed to see my dream come true at the age of 41.

Thus, I’m no longer able to continue my private practice and we have started the process of withdrawing from any and all pending cases my office is handling. If you or a loved one have a pending legal matter with my office please feel free to contact me on my cell phone or email me at [email protected]. All clients will need to go ahead and start finding another attorney to handle your pending legal matter(s).

Lastly, thank you again for allowing my law office to serve our community. My office would not have been successful without your support. God Bless!

To our Clients and Prospective Clients,

Some of you may or may not know I'm a commissioned officer in the US Army Reserve and have served for 16 years. With that being said, I'm scheduled to deploy with the US Army in May on a 9 month tour to the Middle East which means I will not be in the office during this time but will be able to be reached here on FB, email, and mobile phone. Our firm will have limited support staff while I'm away. I want to thank everyone for referring clients to our firm however, at this time I'm no longer taking any General Sessions or City Court cases.

If you have a recent Circuit Court indictment in Crockett, Gibson, or Haywood Counties, please feel free to give me a call or send a message to discuss your legal matter.

For my active clients, our office will be contacting you and we will be reaching out to the local courts to request that your cases be put on hold until my return.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Thank you so much for the business. I'm truly blessed to be able to do what I do.

Respectfully,

Frederick (Fred) H. Agee, Lawyer

Planning on attending the Peabody v. Milan football game Thursday night? Here is an overview of the Peabody Campus with main parking lots. Please note parking lots may include some reserved parking areas. At this time, I'm unsure about any overflow parking.

Also, there are 2 ways to enter Peabody High School. The first is the main entrance off of the 45 Bypass and the second is off of Gibson Road Hwy 186 behind the Middle School.

Lastly, advance tickets are currently being sold at Peabody High School and Bank of Milan during working hours.

Have a great day and we hope to see you at the game.

Press Release 04 November 2018:

My law firm has been contacted by Jeremiah Mays, who the Madison County Sheriff's Office Tennessee in Jackson has named as a suspect in a recent alleged murder. Since being named a suspect by the Government and reported by WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News, Mr. Mays, has received a number of indirect and direct threats.

Mr. Mays has professed his innocence and has provided my office a solid alibi of where he was at the time this alleged incident took place. Mr. Mays has continued to show up at his place of employment and is not a threat to the community.

Additionally, we are respectfully asking the public, the media, and law enforcement to remember there is a presumption of innocence in this Country. We are also respectfully requesting the Sheriff's Office and WBBJ to clear Mr. Mays’s name by releasing a public retraction.

Lastly, we are all praying for the victim’s family and if you have knowledge about this alleged murder, please contact investigators at the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

Luke 6:31 "Do to others as you would have them do to you"

Over the long weekend, I was organizing my office and found this "Thank you" note from a few months back.

If I ran out of gas and needed a lift, I hope someone would do the same for me.

Dear Editor,

I am writing to thank Big Bend Galvanizing for giving our local workers with criminal records the opportunity to make a living and to provide for their families. As a criminal defense lawyer for citizens accused of crimes, I see the struggles everyday of people with records trying to find decent paying jobs. There are a number of employers who are not willing to give people who have paid their debt to society another chance at having a meaningful job or career.

We are lucky to have BBG in Trenton and Gibson County because there are a lot of citizens that have been made felons from what can be in certain circumstances a cruel and unjust criminal justice system especially when it comes to how we are treating those accused of nonviolent victimless crimes. I would encourage anyone to ask employers to consider hiring those with criminal records which can assist in helping keep recidivism rates down in our community.

Lastly, we should all be proud to know that BBG employees have been working six days a week to provide orders supporting relief efforts for recent Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
