Most of the clients I work with, Try to Sell their home on their own. Trying to save $, and not pay a realtor! Food for thought: You place a few adds online, make flyers,hold an open house? Right? You have just Invited Strangers to come see the inside of your home! Were everything you own is & you have NO idea what their real intentions are!!😳😬. I pre screen all people that will be seeing your home,agent or not! To save money? Really? Whats peace of mind worth? Just saying. Tvig

Thinking of selling a home? Salt Lake’s housing market is No. 1 in the nation, according to a recent study. In fact, home sellers in February sold their homes in just five days, down from 26 days a year earlier. In addition, sellers are getting top dollar for their properties. The median sales price in February climbed to $410,000, up 13.9 percent compared to February 2020. Most closings are above the original list price. Still, the Salt Lake housing market faces some headwinds, most notable is the limited inventory. The total inventory of homes for sale in February fell to 1,091 units, down 53.6 percent from a year ago. Housing stats for March and the first quarter will be released on April 28.
