🌎🤝 Strengthening international academic cooperation.
On May 29, Walter Del Aguila, Chairman of MIAC, and Ricardo De Urioste, Member of the MIAC Advisory Council, paid an official visit and held a working meeting at the Universidad Mayor Real y Pontificia San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca in Bolivia 🇧🇴.
The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Guido Marcelo Encinas Pasquier, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences; Dr. Iván Arandia, Secretary General; Ms. Madai Moscoso Serrudo, Director of the Department of Social Outreach and University Extension (DISEU); and Architect Cristina Rossell, Director of International Relations.
📚⚖️ The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on academic cooperation, internationalization, institutional strengthening, and the development of joint initiatives aimed at promoting arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, reaffirming a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange between both institutions.

🌎🤝 Fortaleciendo la cooperación académica internacional.
El pasado 29 de mayo, Walter Del Aguila, presidente del MIAC, y Ricardo De Urioste, miembro de su Consejo Consultivo, realizaron una visita protocolar y reunión de trabajo en la Universidad Mayor Real y Pontificia San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca (Bolivia) 🇧🇴.
La delegación fue recibida por el Dr. Guido Marcelo Encinas Pasquier, decano de la Facultad de Derecho, Ciencias Políticas y Sociales; el Dr. Iván Arandia, secretario general; la Lic. Madai Moscoso Serrudo, directora del Departamento de Interacción Social y Extensión Universitaria (DISEU); y la Arq. Cristina Rossell, directora de Relaciones Internacionales.
📚⚖️ Durante el encuentro se intercambiaron perspectivas sobre iniciativas de cooperación académica, internacionalización, fortalecimiento institucional y el desarrollo de actividades conjuntas orientadas a la promoción del arbitraje y otros mecanismos alternativos de resolución de disputas (ADR), reafirmando el compromiso de fortalecer la colaboración y el intercambio de conocimientos entre ambas instituciones.

📍 Bolivia hosted an important milestone for the advancement of arbitration in the region.
On May 28, at CAINCO Chuquisaca, CAMACOL and CAINCO Chuquisaca signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), followed by the launch of the MIAC-CAMACOL BOLIVIA Network.
🎤 Hosted by Fabiola Villarroel, the event brought together distinguished members of the arbitration community and featured a keynote presentation by Ricardo De Urioste on commercial and investment arbitration.
🤝 The ceremony also included the official launch of the MIAC-CAMACOL PERU Network, led by Debora Mac Donald Zöllner.
We sincerely thank the Bolivian arbitration community for its warm welcome and valuable participation in this initiative, which promotes collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the growth of arbitration across Latin America.

📍 Bolivia fue escenario de un importante paso para el fortalecimiento del arbitraje en la región.
El pasado 28 de mayo, en CAINCO Chuquisaca, se suscribió el Memorándum de Entendimiento (MOU) entre CAMACOL y CAINCO Chuquisaca, y se realizó el lanzamiento de la RED MIAC-CAMACOL BOLIVIA.
🎤 La ceremonia fue conducida por Fabiola Villarroel y contó con la participación de destacados representantes de la comunidad arbitral, así como con la conferencia magistral de Ricardo De Urioste sobre arbitraje comercial y de inversiones.
🤝 Asimismo, Debora Mac Donald Zöllner lideró el lanzamiento solemne de la RED MIAC-CAMACOL PERÚ.

🎙️ The event brought together distinguished national and international experts in arbitration and investment, including Ricardo Leon Pastor, Małgorzata (Gosia) Judkiewicz-Garvan, Walter Del Aguila, and Denisse Miralles.
🤝 The Solemn Launch of the MIAC-CAMACOL PERU Network also took place, strengthening cooperation and the promotion of arbitration across the region.
