Notice on our office’s COVID-19 Coronavirus restrictions

Dear clients and residents of Miami,

We hope this notice finds you and your family safe and healthy. In an effort to do our part and encourage physical distancing to prevent the transmission of coronavirus and flatten the curve, our office continues to operate but in a remote fashion. In person consultations are temporarily discouraged unless there is an emergency, however our attorneys remain available for telephonic consultations Monday through Sunday. Telephonic court hearings and case work will continue on a daily basis, but jury trials have been postponed until futher order of the Court.

Rest assured that in these trying times we remain committed to serving personal injury, contract law, and property loss cases throughout South Florida. Like always, we hope to be as accommodating as possible, and we will advise you of any future changes that may take place. Our thoughts are with those battling the virus, our heroic medical personnel on the front lines, and our fellow Florida residents that have lost their jobs through no fault of their own during this scary and uncertain time.
