Sharing 2 of the appointment we just booked today starting off with a potential seller appointment for our Real estate client.

👉🏻We spoke with the seller who said that she was still the only owner of this home and mentioned that she owes 200k on her mortgage. She did mention that she would still like to move to Delray and mentioned that she has a new job opportunity there. Interested in buying an apartment on the lower floors in a building in Delray with 2 beds with 2 baths in the 250k.

😱How awesome is that?! Now, for our roofing client.

👉🏻The client has an 18-year-old roof and thinks the roofs are discontinued. He said the buildings have concrete roofs on them and need to be replaced. He also said we can stop by tomorrow Thursday, February 23rd at 11 am for us to give him an estimate on the roofs.

Back-to-back appointments were booked for one of our real estate clients this morning!

Both were from Boca Raton, Florida, and both are Spanish-speaking sellers one stated that he is interested in selling his home since he wanted to upgrade to a regular single-family home with 3 beds with 2 baths. He will sell his house for his asking price of $185,500.

The second seller is also ready to sell his home for $310,000, This home is a rental, and just wants to cash out on it. Giving us a total of $561,000 in just two appointments we booked for him! BOOM!

Here is a quick rundown of the appointment we made last week‼️

We closed last week hard with 2️⃣0️⃣ Potential Seller's appointments that are considering selling in 2 or 3 months or sooner.3️⃣5️⃣ Seller clients were spoken to by our team that are considering selling in 2023 and our team will nurture and covert into a physical appointment's for our Real Estate Clients in different markets.

👉🏻 16 Seller appointments out of 20 have been confirmed by our Realtor clients with homeowners

👉🏻 19 Buyer appointments were set and 15 have been confirmed by our Buyer agent's client.

We not only just call your leads, but we also build connections and ask qualifying questions and convert them into appointments for our clients to convert them into clients/$$.

👉🏻 21 seller appointments have been set this week so far with a value amount of $4,590.000 has been booked for our real estate clients.

👉🏻 One of our buyer’s appointments we booked for our client who is a cash buyer contractor that builds homes from Scarth and wants to buy in the 330k price and wants to buy A.S.A.P

👉🏻 Our team has just started working for a new insurance company and calling clients to consider a second insurance construction quote before they sign up with their same insurance provider. We got 4 interested clients already for him!

A new listing coming on the market on August 5th 🎉🎉

👉🏻 Our team was able to speak with Cindy last July 12, 2022, and she decided to help her Mom in selling her home since she is already 83 years old.

👉🏻 She stated that her mother is selling since she has a home in Hollywood, FL that she wants to pay off. They agreed to meet one of our team members on July 13th at 10 and show her that we can help to sell for the most money.

And today, we welcome the good news, BOOM‼️ Got the listing baby 👏🏻

👉🏻 Another Realtor client of ours also had a booking appointment with a seller who is looking to sell his single-family rental property for 350K and just wants to cash out since he is about to retire and travel the country in his R.V.

Congratulations to our client on his New LISTING ‼️

👉🏻 An appointment was set for our client in Florida on May 2, 2022!

The seller is looking to cash out on his property. At first, he was planning to sell on his own and our team explained to him how there is a low inventory of properties and how properties that our client's list is selling above asking prices. He agreed to meet our Realtor

👉🏻FSBO seller agree to meet our client on May 3,2022 at 4:30

👉🏻Meeting went well

👉🏻Our ISAs called and followed up 3 times/1 times a week after the meeting as a courtesy call

👉🏻 FSBO Client agreed in meeting our client once more after they
met weeks ago, and the Listing contract has been signed! BOOM
