November 19th and 20th, 2021, Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, Hollywood, Florida
We secured a great rate- $185 per night for “Run of the House” hotel room. Room rates are net and do not include applicable taxes, $20 per night/per room Resort Fee or parking. Parking- Valet is $35 per car, per night, or Self-Parking in the adjacent garage is $30 per night, per car.

To attend the Friday or Saturday evening events you must register and pre-pay directly to the Reunion Committee as follows:
· $250.00 per person - Combo for both Friday and Saturday events
· $65.00 per person - Friday evening only
· $200.00 per person – Saturday evening only

· Zelle - PREFERRED METHOD - Send payment to [email protected] via Zelle. Your personal bank should be able to help set this up. Please complete the attached Registration Form with your mailed payment – or send an email with the same information (name of classmate/maiden name, guests, and events you wish to reserve)
· Checks – Make payable to Judi DeFerdinando and mail to 8682 SW Carrara Way, Port St Lucie, Fl 34987. Please complete the attached Registration Form with your mailed payment.
We are printing a Memory Book/Roster as a keepsake item. Please send us your short messages and memories along with any photo images (JPEG format, please) that you wish to share with your classmates. Photos should, if possible, include names of the people in the photo and when and where it was taken. These photos/images may be featured in a multi-media presentation that will be shown at our evening event.
If you wish us to keep your contact information private, we understand your privacy but please remind us of your wishes by sending us an email or a letter; we have a few names on our Do Not Share Information List and we will honor those wishes.
