What a week it has been. We are so blessed!!! first Emilie got promoted to Sergeant at Police Explorers and tonight as we were sitting patiently awaiting Gabes Championship Fight at the Naval Academy we get a call from Isabella that she received acceptance to University of Florida (the second acceptance received thus far ) .armendariz and finally Gabe ‘s long awaited Championship competition was short of amazing and so inspiring … Go Gabe on your weight class championship, Go Navy !!!! , Emilie keep this up and you will undoubtedly reach beyond the stars you seek and Isabella .armendariz you earned this and the additional acceptances we are still awaiting my daughter 🎉🍾🎊💕… hard work, dedication, focus and love for yourselves and others around you helped all of you achieve your own successes in life 🎉. I have no words for the blessings God has bestowed on all of you through your own efforts🙏. All I can be is beyond grateful for all of you 🥰

John Gebhardt's wife, Mindy, said that this little girl's entire family was executed. The insurgents intended to execute the little girl also, and shot her in the head...but they failed to kill her. She was cared for in John's hospital and is healing up, but continues to cry and moan. The nurses said John is the only one who seems to calm her down, so John has spent the last four nights holding her while they both slept in that chair.. The girl is coming along with her healing.
He is a real Star of the war, and the hero of peace.
This, my friends, is worth sharing. Go for it!! You'll never see things like this in the news. Please keep this going. Every person can make a difference in the life of someone even if it is one little girl.

Coconut Grove, Florida

Federate Title & Trust, LLC a real estate Title and Escrow Company located in Coconut Grove, Florida is seeking experienced Closers / Legal Assistants with a working knowledge of Florida Laws, Regulations & Procedure to conduct closing and escrow services to real estate professionals including mortgage lenders, real estate agents, builders and developers. This position is responsible for title review processing of commitments, analyzing real estate contracts and loan instructions.
DESCRIPTION
Close residential purchase/sale transactions, in accordance with closing instructions from lender and seller
Prepare and package all documents to ensure recordings
Prepare all closing documents to ensure Title issues are resolved and Title Insurance is issued at closing
Conduct closing with customer, realtor, lenders, and attorneys
Collect and disburse funds in accordance with escrow instructions
Prepare settlement statements including HUD and GFE
Provide legal secretarial support to Attorneys
Accurately input, edit and process all documents
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year experience in a Title office as a closer/processor
Experience with Proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
RamQuest experience a plus (but not required)
1-2 years of Trust and Estates experience required
Professional communication and telephone skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Prioritize and multi task
Excellent follow up
Team Player
