A Great Win for Bernhard Law Firm's Clients

This week a Miami Court granted sanctions and dismissed a fraud lawsuit after finding that the plaintiff repeatedly refused to follow court orders and participate in discovery. After nearly a year of obstruction—including failure to appear for New York depositions and failure to produce documents—the Court held the conduct was willful and prejudicial, dismissing the case.
