Among the highlights is a deed executed in Philadelphia in February 1776. Just four months later, the Declaration of Independence would be adopted in the same city, making this document a remarkable snapshot of a pivotal moment in history.

Obront, Corey & Schoepp has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the Estate of a minor who tragically drowned in a pond in Florida City.
