Hudson & Calleja ended 2021 with a perfect 5-0 trial record. We won defense verdicts in five cases tried under difficult circumstances due to the pandemic. Congratulations to the trial teams of Rob Hudson, who tried cases with Alexis Calleja, Brianna Kipp (2) and Jenniffer Roldan (2) in winning these verdicts. We will continue to vigorously defend our clients in 2022, which should be our busiest year ever.

Hudson & Calleja welcomes Adam Berman as an associate attorney. Adam is a 2015 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and a 2012 graduate of Florida International University. He brings over five years of litigation experience to the firm and will focus his practice on first party property insurance claims.

Congratulations to firm co-founder Rob Hudson on becoming Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar. In order to become Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, a lawyer must have substantial civil trial experience, pass a rigorous examination and be recommended by a number of peers and judges. Only 7% of all lawyers in Florida are Board Certified in one of the 27 different categories of certification offered by the Bar.

Less than 5% of all Florida lawyers receive this prestigious distinction, which recognizes lawyers who have received the highest degree of peer recognition and professional achievement in their areas of practice. This marks the eighth time that both Rob and Alexis have received this prestigious award.
