If you haven't visited Bayshore Park yet. You should, because they did great with the renovation of it.

Take your puppies because there's a dog park tennis courts, butterfly garden, tons of sitting areas, children's corner and many picture spots. We went as the sun was coming down so the views were awesome.

Then we ended it with a walk through Lincoln road and dinner at Espanola Way.

I’m excited to share that I’ve successfully completed the Florida Realtors® Learning Centered Instructor Workshop (LCIW) — a major step toward becoming one of the official instructors for Florida Realtors® courses.

This workshop also included an audition where I delivered a 7-minute presentation showcasing my teaching style, communication approach, and ability to engage an audience. I’m proud to share that it went exceptionally well, receiving great feedback and evaluations from my peers and facilitators.

Next up: a phone interview, and if all goes well, an in-person audition at the 2026 Florida Realtors® Mid-Winter Business Meetings.
