He is Board Certified in Family Law by the Florida Bar and a Member of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Formerly President of the Collaborative Family Law Institute of South Florida, former President of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, and a former President of the First Family Law Inn of Court, he taught for thirteen years at the Florida Bar Family Law Section's Certification Review Course, in addition to being recognized as a distinguished faculty member at the Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies. Managing Partner Carolyn West is an AV rated attorney with 30 years of experience exclusively in family law, including appeals in the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. She is a Member of the Family Law Section and the Law Practice Management Section of the American Bar Association and the Family Law and Appellate Law sections of the Florida Bar. She is trained in Collaborative Law and is a member of the U.S.
