Attorney Georgia Brown Gillett founded The Gillett Law Firm, P.A. more than 18 years ago and the Firm focuses exclusively on U.S. Immigration Law. Attorney Brown Gillett and her Firm have been assisting their international Clientele with their immigration needs, including legal representation of Clients nationwide before the Immigration Courts; the Board of Immigration Appeals; Federal Courts of Appeals; Supreme Court of the United States; United States Citizenship & Immigration Services; United States Immigration & Customs Enforcement; United States Customs and Border Protection; United States Department of State, including United States Embassies and Consulates worldwide; and the United States Department of Labor.

Attorney Brown Gillett graduated from the University of Miami’s School of Law in 1996. She became a member of the Florida Bar in 1996.

In 1993, Attorney Brown Gillett was a Fellow in the James Weldon Johnson Summer Institute at the University of Miami’s School of Law, where she and her Colleague won the Moot Court competition. During Law School, she earned the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for the Course “Research Methods in International Law” and served as a Research and Writing Editor for the Yearbook of International Law. Attorney Brown Gillett participated in International Law Summer Programs at the University College London and the University of Hong Kong, in 1994 and 1995, respectively.
