The first headline transaction of the year. We advised our client in the purchase of a 189-unit Broward County multifamily portfolio. We were able to assist our clients in closing on this 10-parcel transaction regarding properties in Ft. Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, and Dania Beach, in a matter of 37-days from contract to closing. Our firm has the experience and team to handle any transaction, regardless of the size, complexity, and timing needed.

The properties went for a relatively low price per unit, which reflects that these are smaller buildings with few amenities.
