The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a car accident at a private home located in the 200 block of 2nd Street in Melrose. The crash took place shortly before 5 p.m. October 6.

The report showed that 42-year-old Kenneth D. Harper, of Melrose, was struck by a vehicle.

Harper was transported to UF Health Shands in Gainesville, where he later died due to the injuries he sustained in the crash.

Information about the driver, his vehicle, and the circumstances have been withheld by the FHP, pending an ongoing investigation.

This report showed that Kenneth D. Harper was killed by a car in Putnam County. The accident occurred on 2nd Street Melrose.

The crash took place at the intersection of Forest City Road and Faulkner Road around 7:30 p.m. on October 7.

The report showed that June Andre, 64, of Orlando, was struck by one vehicle that knocked her to the ground. A second vehicle was unsuccessful in avoiding the pedestrian and ran over her.

Andre was declared dead at the scene.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported the incident to have occurred around 2:30 p.m. on October 7 near the intersection of Spanish Trail and State Road 89.

The report showed that 42-year-old Kara Milstid, from Jay, drove her Ford Fusion eastbound on Spanish Trail when she failed to stop at the intersection of State Road 89. This caused southbound 39-year-old Michael Rasmussen’s GMC Sierra to crash with the left side of the Fusion.

The impact caused Milstid’s vehicle to keep moving southeast across the intersection before it hit a concrete culvert.

This report showed that Kara Milstid was killed in a two-car crash in Jay. The accident occurred on Spanish Trail and SR 89.

Troopers responded to a multi-vehicle collision on the northbound lane of Interstate 75 near mile marker 14 around 10 p.m. October 7.

The report showed that 41-year-old Ernst Richard, of Conyers, GA, drove his white Nissan Altima northbound on the middle lane of I-75. Due to inclement weather, Richard lost control of his vehicle and drifted to the west shoulder of the road and struck a guardrail. After this, the vehicle traveled back to the road and stopped in the middle northbound lane, where it faced east.

During that time, 42-year-old William Duque, of Pembroke Pines, was driving a purple Peterbilt auto-hauler northbound on the road. Duque attempted to avoid striking the Altima but was unable to do so. The Peterbilt struck the passenger side rear end of the Altima.

This report showed that a multi-vehicle crash in Lowndes County kills John Richard and injures 4. The accident was on Interstate 75.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 7:40 p.m. on October 7 on NE 37th Place.

Dylan Antoine Deeb, 19, of Belleview, rode his 2005 Yamaha dirt bike northbound on the road when it crashed with a southbound 2011 GMC Yukon driven by Keaton Jerrod Davis, 34, of Ocala. The Yukon was trying to make a left turn onto NE 37th Place.

The impact threw Deeb from his dirt bike before he was struck by two other vehicles, a 2009 Jeep Liberty driven by Troy Howard Snyder, 46, of Ocala, and a 2017 Toyota Rav4 driven by Michael Raymond Rodriguez, 17, of Ocala.

First responders brought Deeb to Ocala Regional Medical Center with critical injuries. He was not wearing a helmet during the crash.

This report showed that Dylan Antoine Deeb was critically injured in a Marion County dirt bike accident. He was hit by three cars on NE 37th Place.

The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle at the intersection of 17th St. and Longmeadow in Sarasota.

At the time of posting, the information has not been made public but there were reported serious injuries.

The initial report showed that the motorcyclist was struck by the car.

The collision caused blockage in the area.

This report showed that possible serious injuries were reported in a motorcycle-vehicle crash in Sarasota. The accident occurred at 17th St. and Longmeadow.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported that the incident occurred around 7:24 p.m. October 8 at the intersection of State Road 54 and Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard.

Troopers said that 95-year-old Justo Delgado, of Wesley Chapel, was trying to cross SR 54 in a pedestrian crosswalk during the incident. Delgado rode his mobile scooter while there was a red pedestrian light, causing him to be in the path of a 2007 Cadillac Escalade driven by 78-year-old Arden Ford, of Wesley Chapel.

This report showed that Justo Delgado was killed by a car in Pasco County. The accident occurred on State Road 54 and Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported the incident to have occurred before 5:52 p.m. on October 8 at the Interstate 110 ramp coming onto I-10 westbound.

Although troopers still do not know what caused the crash and how many vehicles were involved, the FHP has identified the victim as Michael Kelly, of Colorado.

An investigation is being conducted.

This report showed that Michael Kelly was killed in a car crash in Escambia County. The accident occurred on Interstate 110.

https://buff.ly/2O5HuE8 -A four-vehicle collision Tuesday morning has shut down the northbound and southbound lanes leading to the border of Broward and Miami-Dade.

According to the Miramar Fire-Rescue officers, the collision occurred on Florida’s Turnpike, near Northwest 27th Avenue around 6:30 a.m. October 10.

Details about the incident are scarce but reportedly sent a total of four people to the hospital. One of the men hospitalized was a man in his 50s who rode in a pickup truck that rolled over the embankment. He sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.

Another collision occurred near the scene, involving a dump truck, gas tanker, and five other vehicles with two minor injuries reported.

This report showed that there were 4 injured in four vehicle collision in Broward. The accident occurred on Florida Turnpike.
