BREAKING: A federal judge has struck down the administration’s proposed $100,000 H-1B fee.

The court found that the government lacked authority to impose the fee without congressional approval.

For now, H-1B filing fees remain unchanged. The administration is expected to appeal.

BREAKING NEWS

A federal court ruled that USCIS cannot continue placing blanket holds on immigration benefit applications for individuals from designated Travel Ban Countries.

The court struck down these policies and ordered them vacated.

This decision may impact pending green card, work permit, naturalization, and certain asylum related applications before USCIS.

The ruling does not currently overturn the travel ban or apply to visa processing at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad.

Sater Law is monitoring developments closely.
