And I would not add 20–30 hashtags. Current guidance favors natural keywords, while hashtags are mainly supporting context; a small group of specific tags is better than a huge generic block.
For this particular Reel, I’d also do these 5 things when you post it:
Location tag: Miami, Florida.
Make the Reel cover say “MIAMI HOME • $639,900” — people need to understand the offer before clicking.
Immediately share the Reel to your Story with “🚨 PRICE DROP — Who’s looking under $650K?”
Have Steven’s account, your account, family/friends, etc. share/send it, not just like it. Sends and shares are particularly valuable signals for reaching people who don’t already follow you.
Pin a comment that says: “👇 Would you buy this Miami home for $639,900? YES or NO?” That gives viewers something extremely easy to respond to.
One change could make the video itself hit harder too: the very first screen should say “WHAT DOES $639,900 BUY YOU IN MIAMI? 👀” instead of starting like a normal listing video. That gives people a reason to stop scrolling.
