Esta visa permite que una empresa fuera de EE. UU. envíe a un ejecutivo, gerente o empleado con conocimiento especializado a trabajar y dirigir la sucursal en Estados Unidos. Además, ofrece un camino directo hacia la residencia permanente (EB-1) para muchos empresarios y profesionales.

Requisitos clave:
