Few pictures from my New York trip! ✨🌇✨
One of the most beloved parks in New York City- Central Park always looks it’s most glorious in Autumn🍁

More than 33,500 New Yorkers have moved to Florida between September 2020 and March 2021, according to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. That's a whopping 32 percent increase from the same period the prior year, when 25,370 made the move.
Business bastions of NYC’s prestige and tax base — including hedge funds and tech firms — are also fleeing the city or being outpaced by growth in Florida. 🌟
Keep in mind that unlike NYC - a majority of Florida counties — nearly all of them in the most populous areas of the state with metropolitan cities, like Tampa Bay, Orlando or Jacksonville — saw increases! 🌟

Let's take a trip to Key Biscayne- a gorgeous – drive over the Rickenbacker Causeway from downtown Miami, south of Miami Beach.
It's a little island sandwiched between two major parks – Crandon Park to the north and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park to the south.
Key Biscayne offers the only, federally recognized underwater archaeological trail in the United States, called Maritime Heritage Trail. It's allowing you to explore the remains of some of the park's many shipwrecks! Access to the sites on the trail is by boat only. Go ahead and book the boat trip!

The island was once an isolated corner of South Florida, until after World War II, and in the years prior, most of the island was occupied by coconut plantation.

Recent development has put luxury hotels, fine dining and nightlife right next to the beautiful beaches, turning this place into very attractive, unique REAL ESTATE oportunity. Today it has over 13,000 residents and two elementary schools. A mix of single-family homes, condominiums, and hotels where build with the harmony with the Key Biscayne's nature; parks and an impressive golf course.
