In Representing of s*x abuse, there’s always a lot of talk about being the “voice of victims”.
Honored to be the only in the 🌎 who is also a , And can teach survivors how to literally reconnect with their voice, which has been silenced for so many years.
In full disclosure I only started getting voice lessons by the famous to make me a better trial lawyer and speaker, but when he opened up an opportunity to become one of his first certified coaches teaching his method to others, I jumped without hesitation.
My original intention was to learn this voice stuff for myself and for my legal clients, but seeing how many of my trial lawyer and friends expressed an interest in learning how to use their voice to become more influential and persuasive, it would be selfish to not share this life changing information with my fellow trial lawyers. (As learning how to properly use our voice is one of the best investments one could ever make)
And that’s how my coaching practice, The Voice of Law, LLC was unintentionally born. 😎

Seeing firsthand how devastating a is, not only to the person, but also for the spouse and family, thus. what is doing right now with regard to and is one of the most exciting potentials offered by 🍄

Speaking from personal experience, and were at a tipping point with all hate in the world right now, therefore I believe with all my ❤️ that 🍄 will even cure that problem as well and eventually play a major role in saving humanity from itself. ❤️

This is beyond what’s happening with Israel and Palestine (have friends on both sides). My friend shared a video the other day of all the anti-Semitic hate and violence happening to Jews worldwide right now and watching it you can’t help but wonder if that was the same feeling in Germany in the early 1930s. Absolutely chilling. 6 million never again.

14 months ago my I met my dear friend at the who had one of the most powerful life stories of overcoming adversity I’ve EVER heard, but yet was also one of the most positive people I’ve ever met.

Her story and attitude forever changed the way I had been viewing all of my own adversity and I know it was one of those things the universe needed me to hear at that exact moment in my life to let go of the shame and mental baggage I’d been carrying from my past, thinking it made me less of a person for some of the things that had happened...

Funny how life places these messengers in our life at the exact moment we need to learn a lesson.
Grateful for her friendship and the permanent shift in perspective it’s given me, and reconnecting at PLE 2022 in Austin. 🥳❤️ (the best and event ever)

I started having at age 9, prob from repetitive

Then as a teenager, I got molested by two separate men, baker acted, beaten unconscious and given an mTBI by 20 white trash kids from Clearwater High School, which took an already troubled kid and pushed him off the deep end, all of it combing and causing my 🧠 to develop for the repetitive , accompanied by a lifetime of . (80% of men with BPD are alcoholics, addicts)

(❤️ this quote) “Every time you share a vulnerable side of yourself, you normalize it for someone else.”-

The ONLY reason I’m able to be open about this stuff now, however, is because of 🍄.

🍄 literally saved my life on July 4th, 2015 and good chance I would have eventually killed myself if it wasn’t for that life changing night.

But what I often wonder is, what about all the people that got molested as kids but don’t have access to 🍄 or similar , and instead suffer in silence in self created prisons of shame and disgust like I did for so many years? How are they going to break out of their mental prisons?

(On average it takes 15 years before child victims are able to tell someone. It took me 16, but ONLY bc the 🍄 sparked it. ZERO chance I would have ever told anyone had I not taken 🍄)

As a society, we love to say we support “mental health awareness”, etc, but honestly, if we really supported it, why do so many people who claim to support mental health reform still believe drugs, including psychedelics should be illegal? 🧐

The evidence is irrefutable, prohibition makes mental health problems MUCH worse. until people are willing to be more open-minded and change their beliefs on prohibition and accept that we need new approaches to solve the mental health crisis, the mental health crisis were having won’t improve.

Ie, people will keep Killing themselves and killing each other and we’ll continue to act surprised by it all.

The solutions to fix the problem are obvious, which side of history do you want to be on?

Even though this verdict was subsequently overturned and taken away from me, NO ONE can ever take away what this verdict represents to me (now memorialized by the plaque).
I won this verdict basically single-handedly while going through one of the most difficult things I’ve ever been through, and I’ve been through some pretty effed up s**t. (A lot violent and s*xual trauma growing up, etc)
I won this while living in my demolished condo as the result of a criminal contractor Kyle lemcke, who in the middle of demolishing my condo, forged a check and stole all my money and fled Miami. (Swipe ➡️ to see what I was forced to live in for Almost 2 years)
With the last several thousand dollars I had and invested it in some trial workshops all to maximize the verdict in this 👆case. (Talk about and 🔥)
Everyone ridiculed my decision to invest the money in trial workshops thinking I lost my mind bc I was living in literal demolition.
(Almost) everyone doubted me when I said I was going to get a big verdict In this cases thinking I was being unrealistic.
You have to see the vision and believe in your ability before you can expect others to.
I added this to the corner of my “wall of heroes” as a reminder that when everyone else is doubting you and criticizing the path your taking and is unable to see your vision, then sometimes you have to be your own hero. ✊

Couldn’t be happier for my client with this result for a type of case which typically settles for much less with a lot lawyers (1 bulging disc, no surgery).
I’m grateful my client trusted the plan and allowed me enough time to properly pressure the insurance company with the threat of trial and winning a jury verdict over the insurance policy + the inevitable bad faith lawsuit that would follow if the insurance co. didn’t come up with more $.
This is a perfect example of what happens when: 1) a client complies with ALL of the medical appointments and treatment, 2) a substantial uninsured motorist policy (hit and run), and 3) a lawyer that knows how to properly work up a case to get full value by engaging in a bad faith letter writing campaign constantly bombarding the greedy insurance company decision-makers.
1 year ago I was not capable of getting this result on a no surgery disc case, but last year I heavily invested in learning how to improve my demand letter writing and the ROI paid for itself, exponentially.
None of this could have happened if the client didn’t have substantial uninsured motorist coverage on their policy. (Hint hint). Having uninsured motorist coverage is literally one of the most important things you can do to keep yourself safe. NO exceptions on this! Get it today if you don’t have it, it’s cheap for what you get in return.

It was only 3 years ago on Mothers Day (pic on the right) I was rehearsing for my first trial workshop with you which I “strategically” invested the last few thousand dollars I had into rather than fixing the demolished condo I was living in, causing almost everyone else around me to think “This is it, Adam’s finally lost his mind...” (Turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.)
Thanks for (almost 😉) always supporting all of my new endeavors while mostly everyone else criticized and thought I was crazy, and for supporting my constant zagging when the easy, safe, conservative move was to zig like the naysayers.
All of these “crazy” investments/gambles I’ve made on myself that you’ve supported the last few years are about to compound and pay off. Massively. 🚀 ❤️

National Trial Lawyers Summit and Dordick Trial College, here I come baby!
Hope to take my to the next level these next two weeks at both events with this new metal digital business card from Mobilo.
I went with the card bc the follow up options and metric tracking seem to offer huge advantages over the standard practice of exchanging business card at events only to have the card thrown in a pile of other cards in someone’s pocket without your info ever making it into their phone...
I haven’t actually tried the follow up aspect out yet, so I’m hoping it works as advertised. my only regret is they didn’t have it available in bone 🦴😎 (if you get that joke you’re awesome)
(For the record I’m not officially certified yet as a RLM voice coach, the exam is in May, but this is a metal card I had to have engraved so this is just me thinking ahead of what’s to come. 🙇🏻‍♂️ )
