The Legal Team, PLLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our expanding practice.

If you’re a strategic litigator who thrives on handling sophisticated business disputes and wants the flexibility of a fully remote position, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications:
✔ 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
✔ Experience handling complex business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial lease matters, and other high-stakes commercial litigation
✔ Strong motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation experience
✔ Excellent legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
✔ Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while collaborating with a growing team

At The Legal Team, you’ll work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters for businesses and entrepreneurs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the flexibility of working remotely.

En la primera foto podemos ver a nuestra clienta, Flor Danay Hernandez, al final de su declaración jurada en persona después de 8 horas a pesar de estar embarazada en las oficinas de las abogadas de Otaola.

La segunda foto es al próximo día en nuestras oficinas con todo listo esperando a que Otaola llegue para su declaración jurada y nunca llegó.

En redes sociales es fácil hablar cuando no hay nadie preguntándote de frente la verdad.
