Real estate, and life, can be funny sometimes. Last year I met a wonderful couple that was interested in one of my listings. It never worked out for them but they were very happy with the time I took to explain the buying process. We’ve maintained a friendship ever since and maintained contact totally unrelated to real estate. While at work one day, they overheard a co-worker had a bad experience with their realtor and they threw my name out. I spoke with Emma a few days later and I got to work. “One and done!” is all it took. Thank you, Emma and family for giving me a chance 😇🙌🏼
