This is one for the books.
I had been working with these buyers for months, and as prices kept climbing, their budget was making it harder and harder to get into the neighborhoods they truly loved.
We wrote multiple offers.
We lost to cash buyers.
We lost in multiple-offer situations.
And the reality is, in Miami's core neighborhoods, even a $1M budget does not always get you the dream home anymore.
But then this South Miami home appeared; and what felt impossible suddenly became possible.
Not only did they get into the cutest home, but they won it in a multiple-offer scenario with financing.
These are the deals I will remember forever because it took strategy, timing, preparation, and a very strong offer to make it happen.
So happy for my buyers, who have now become friends. This one was special.
