Great news! The sales tax exception began for Energy Star appliances. Two things to keep in mind, not all appliances qualify. 1. Make sure to look for the ones with an Energy Star label and
2.The sales tax exemption does not apply when the new Energy Star appliance is purchased for trade, business or resale, and it doesn’t apply to appliance rentals.
